Warranty Policy
At Cutio, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all our phone cases, iPad cases and AirPods cases, and a 6-Month Warranty on MacBook cases.
What’s Covered:
Our Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects, such as cracks and splits in the case, or faulty case.
- Print quality issues, such as peeling or fading of the design under normal use.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts, or misuse.
- Wear and tear due to normal use.
- Improper use or handling, such as exposure to liquids, chemicals or extreme conditions.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at hello@cutio.store with your order number, a description and photos of the issue.
- Review: We will review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
- Resolution: If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll provide a free replacement and cover the shipping costs. The replacement case will be dispatched in 2-5 business days and you’ll receive a tracking number once it has been shipped.
Warranty Period:
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase for all phone cases, AirPods cases and iPad cases.
- The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for all MacBook cases.
After this period, we will no longer be able to process warranty claims.
Additional Note:
Each product is only eligible for one replacement under the warranty period. Replacements issued under the warranty do not extend the original warranty period and are not covered by a new warranty.
Replacements will be of the same design as the original purchase.
If your order contains multiple products, each product will be eligible for each own replacement. Please submit seperate claim for each item if needed.
