Orders

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We can cancel or make changes to an order that hasn't entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it happen.

I haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order. What do I do?

The order confirmation should be sent within a few minutes. If you can't find the email in the spam folder, please contact us so we can double check your order.

I have received an incorrect or faulty item. What do I do?

If you have received an incorrect or faulty items, please email us at hello@cutio.store or reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will do our best to make thing right.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges as all of our items are made-to-order. Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the incorrect item was sent. Exchanges are limited to the same design as the original purchase.

What is your Warranty policy?

We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all our phone cases, iPad cases and AirPods cases, and a 6-Month Warranty on MacBook cases. Please check out our Warranty Policy for more details.

Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to most destinations, including the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

What are your delivery times?

We offer free Standard International Shipping on all orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania via DHL. The order processing time takes around 1-3 business days. The shipping time is calculated from when the order is shipped from the warehouse to the following destinations:

  • Europe: 3-10 business days.
  • United States: 8-14 business days.
  • Oceania: 8-16 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 8-14 business days.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, which you can track its status via Track My Order page.

Do you offer express shipping?

No, we currently only offer Standard delivery.

Returns

What is your Returns policy?

We offer a 30-day Return policy. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please contact us at hello@cutio.store and include the following details:

  • Your name.
  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).
  • Your reason for the return.
  • A picture of the items you received.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, and you will have 14 days to send the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
